Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use onlymixture.com, how we use it and the choices you have. "We" and "us" mean Senka Enterprises, Coimbatore, who sell Only Mixture.

What we collect

• Order details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), delivery address, city, state and pincode, preferred delivery date, gift message and notes, the packs you order, your chosen shipping option, and the UPI reference number if you choose to give it to us.
• Payment details: online payments are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay. You enter your card, net banking, UPI or wallet details on Razorpay's secure checkout, not on our website. Razorpay tells us the payment ID, amount, status and payment method, and may share limited details such as the last four digits of a card or your UPI ID so we can match and refund payments. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password.
• Technical information: your IP address is used briefly to stop spam and repeated automated orders, and our server may keep standard logs.
• Your cart: the packs in your cart are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they're still there when you come back. This stays on your device and is not sent to us until you place an order.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. When you pay, Razorpay's checkout may use cookies and device information that it needs to process the payment securely and prevent fraud.

How we use it

• To confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to call or WhatsApp you about it.
• To take payment for your order through Razorpay, confirm that it was successful, and process any refund.
• If you pay by scanning our UPI QR code, to confirm your payment: when a payment reaches us, we match its amount and the payer's name or UPI ID from our UPI app's payment notification to your order.
• To answer your questions and give customer support.
• To keep the records we need for accounting and legal purposes.

We don't send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We only share what's needed:

• Delivery partners receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
• Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited), our payment gateway, receives your name, mobile number, email address (if given) and order amount to process your payment and any refund. Razorpay handles your payment details under its own privacy policy and is required to follow the Reserve Bank of India's rules and card industry security standards (PCI-DSS).
• Banks, card networks and UPI apps involved in your payment, which handle it under their own terms.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when you visit.

How we keep it safe

Order details are stored on our server, and only our team can see them using a password-protected admin page. Payments are processed over encrypted connections on Razorpay's systems, not ours. We keep your information only as long as we need it to deliver your order and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, in line with Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond as quickly as we can.

Children

Orders should be placed by adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its date.
