These terms apply when you use onlymixture.com or place an order with us. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them carefully. "We", "us" and "Only Mixture" mean Senka Enterprises, Coimbatore, who sell Only Mixture.

1. Our product

We sell Only Mixture Original South Indian Mixture in 250 g boxes, offered in packs of several boxes. Photos on the website are for illustration. Because the mixture is made in small batches, colour and the mix of pieces can vary slightly from one batch to the next.

The ingredients and allergen information are listed on the product page and on the box. The product contains groundnuts (peanuts) and gram (chickpea) flour. Please check this before ordering if you or the person you are gifting to has a food allergy.

2. Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. The total you pay, including any delivery charge, is shown at checkout before you place your order. We may change prices or packs at any time, but changes never affect an order we have already confirmed. If a price is shown wrongly by mistake, we will tell you before confirming your order and you can choose to cancel.

3. Placing and confirming an order

When you place an order on the website you are making a request to buy. Your order is placed once your payment is successful. We may call or WhatsApp you on the mobile number you gave us if we need to check anything, so please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct.

We may decline or cancel an order – for example if we cannot reach you to confirm it, if we cannot deliver to your address, if we run out of stock, or if an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount.

4. Payment

All payments are made in advance and are payable to Senka Enterprises. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet, depending on the options shown at checkout. You may also be able to pay by scanning our UPI QR code. You enter your payment details on Razorpay's secure checkout or in your own UPI app – we never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password. Your payment is also subject to the terms of Razorpay and of your bank or card issuer.

We don't add any extra charge for paying online. If your payment fails, or money is taken from your account but your order is not confirmed, the amount is reversed to your original payment method automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. If it isn't, contact us with your payment details and we'll sort it out with Razorpay. We are not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by your bank, card network or UPI app.

5. Shipping and delivery

At checkout you choose when we ship your order:

• Ship now – we pack and dispatch your order within 1–2 days of confirming it.
• Ship closer to Deepavali – you book today and we dispatch your order in the days just before Deepavali.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by courier services, weather, festival rush or other events outside our control can happen, and we will keep you informed. The delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout. If a delivery fails because the address is wrong or incomplete, or nobody is available to receive it, we may charge for re-delivery.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Only Mixture is a food product, so once your order has been delivered it cannot be returned and is not refunded. You can cancel free of charge before your order is dispatched. The full details are in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Storage

Keep the box away from direct sunlight, store it in a cool, dry place and close the pack well after opening. Please consume it before the use-by date printed on the box.

8. Using our website

Please don't place false orders or misuse the website. The Only Mixture name, logo, box design, photos and text on this website belong to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Our responsibility

To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
